RF is set at the tactical level, with the Battalion being the smallest unit fielded generally. One thing I liked about Rapid Fire was the morale rules, even if I was never sure what scale of action (skirmish, tactical, operational?) it was trying to simulate, but a fun set of rules.<br />I must say I like the windmill model.
