Jagdpanzer 38 (Hetzer) in 15mm

I recently realised that I had no Hetzers in my collection and this needed to be remedied immediately. I am surprised that I had left them out as they are one of my favourite tank hunters of the Second World War. Forged in Battle do a set of them in 15mm.

The good thing about the Forged in Battle vehicles is that they are already based and only require minimal building, by adding the gun barrels and MGs.

As these vehicles didn't see service until 1944, I went with the late war German three tone 'ambush' camouflage scheme and I was happy with how they turned out.

If you want to know how I did the camo scheme, I also made a video of the process of painting these little cuties. You can watch it here:

  2. Thoe are great- really like them in the dark gungy finish you have achieved. Ideal for escorting some Volkgrenadiers.

    Cheers,

    Pete.
